What’s new, you ask?
1. My neighbors are all being robbed at an alarming rate again. Yet another upswing in property crime, which is a real bummer. WTF is going on with that??
2. I am semi-newly single and thoroughly enjoying myself. I say “semi-newly” because M has been gone since January, and I finally feel really good about moving on. Props to “you know who” for being a good friend in the end and making me see the light. ‘Nuff said about that.
3. Business is still slow. I’m hanging in, though.
4. I walked from my cafe to the Safeway and back again while wearing 4-inch heels. Yes, I am indeed hardcore.
That’s about it. I left my laptop at the cafe for a couple of days, so if I owe you an email, be patient. I’ve enjoyed being “unplugged” for a few days.
