I like The Melvins but haven't neither one of their records. It's been a long time since I listened to this kind of music, but back in the day my favourites were Soundgarden, Screaming Trees, Alice in Chains, Mudhoney and Nirvana. If you want something more noisy and spacial pick up some CDs from bands like Fury Things or Loop. P.S.
