I am looking for a buyer for Evelyn’s. To make a long story short, I’m burned out…for many reasons, and I need to move on and focus on other parts of my life. If you’re interested in buying the business, let me know — everything in the cafe (with the exception of my personal junk) comes with the business, so you’re ready to go…and if you’re really nice, I’ll show you how to make the chicken salad. All reasonable offers considered…and the price is probably a lot lower than you think.

I’m planning on living here still, so I’ll be around the neighborhood. 
The business will probably remain open until the end of the month — I’d love to have the new person open in October so the neighborhood doesn’t have to deal with yet another closed business.

I am also looking for an investor, keep in mind. Talked to a guy today who might have some leads — so we’ll see what happens. But I make no promises, and unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of time left. But miracles do happen from time to time…

Yeah, it’s sad but it could end up being exciting, too. I’m trying to stay optimistic, which is totally against every fiber of my being.
I think you are an open minded person with a positive attitude since everytime things go wrong you are ready to engage yourself in new business opportunities. As for myself, things are not going the way I would hope and I’m a little scared about the future…
