Seriously, you guys - I’m not going to fall or jump from my window. There’s a big ledge — very wide. No need to panic when you see me sitting on the windowsill….I promise.
So of course yesterday I posted that it’s been pretty quiet in the ‘hood…of course today that changed. Nothing terrible happened, but as I was sitting in the window this evening, I saw a totally nude man drive by. Yes, nekkid. From tip to toe, if you will. And it wasn’t a pretty sight, believe me. So that’s my big excitement for the day — that and the fact that I got my hair cut. Sigh…
Oh, and I vacuumed and cleaned out the catbox. I know…you’re jealous of all this excitement. Try to contain yourself. :p

The same happened to me many years ago. It was winter during the late evening hours and I was waiting at a bus stop. Instantly a young man came through the covered walk where I was waiting the bus. He was totally naked with a long black beard.
The weather was really cold and despite he was presumably crazy I was amazed at his courage because of the temperature that was near zero Celsius degree.
At first glance all seemed improbably and totally unreal to me and I was asking myself if I was awake or not…
Random naked people — it must be a universal thing, since you live in Italy.
This is off topic, but a dying Nigerian doctor who has “oesophageal” cancer just e-mailed me and said if I can help him access his vast fortune (which is currently tied up in government red tape) he would share it with me! All I have to do is put up some good faith money and give him my bank account numbers. Sounds very legit.
Here’s your chance to get in on a great opportunity, Carol. We can use part of our fortune to buy some magic jumping beans and a flying pig.
HAHA A FLYING PIG.
During one of my goth-tastic young adult trips to Georgetown, I was waiting at the corner of M Street and Wisconsin Ave. A guy driving south on Wisconsin made a right hand turn onto M Street westbound, and as I glanced into his car as he drove by I noticed he was naked. Well, he may have had shoes on. It was about 4 p.m. on a warm summer weekday afternoon, and he was driving a nice, gray sedan car. WTF?
ding0 and I were driving down North Ave. to Leakin Park one summer evening and watched a guy run down the sidewalk holding a spear (horizontal to the ground, over his shoulder). He looked like he was running for training or something. It was quite surreal.
PS: Finally tried Zella’s last night, I liked it!
How in the world do people do this? I get nervous just driving in front of a cop!
